We rely on carrier-provided proof of delivery, which may include but is not limited to tracking information, delivery confirmation, or signature verification.

Porch Delivery: Unless otherwise specified by the carrier or requested by the customer, orders may be left at the designated shipping address, including but not limited to doorsteps, porches, or mailrooms. This practice is standard in the shipping industry and is intended to ensure efficient delivery.


3. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the security of their delivery location and promptly retrieve their order upon delivery. We recommend monitoring tracking information closely and arranging for someone to be available to receive the package if necessary.


4. Liability Release: Pavetool Innovators Canada c/o Snapedge Canada/GNH and its affiliated dealers, regardless of municipal , provincial and/or federal laws in any given Province of Canada, shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to packages once they have been delivered to the specified address. This includes but is not limited to theft, vandalism, or misplacement of packages after delivery confirmation.


5. Claims Process: In the event of a lost or stolen package, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Pavetool Innovators Canada c/o Snapedge Canada/GNH will provide assistance and support in resolving delivery-related issues to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond those determined by the carrier's policies and procedures.
